Autolog Operator

Shift: 7:45p - 6:15a Monday thru Thursday night

JOB DUTIES:


* Ability to operate and maintain or be willing to learn to operate autolog system


* Track and document data as needed.


* Reports production or workforce problems to supervisor. 


* Assists with routine maintenance and repairs 


* Always follow all safety guidelines to eliminate accidental injury. 


* Maintain property, plant, and equipment to support and improve the safe production and performance of operations.


* Be a role model for safety.

Promote a zero-injury safety culture and find ways to continuously improve safety culture in the workplace. 


* Stop any observed work activities or conditions that are dangerous, illegal, or against company policy.


* Identify safety issues in the workplace and assume responsibility to take immediate action to correct or immediately escalate to appropriate level for resolution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


* Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers


* Ability to use calipers and circular saw as well as general knowledge of the Autolog system


* Good attendance


* Safe work habits


* General mechanical ability


* Excellent organizational and teamwork skills


* Strong attention to detail


* Proficient computer skills including MS Office


* Ability and willingness to work core hours to support the needs of our Business


* Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment


* Ability to work in a manufacturing setting where dust is generated
