Tender Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600- $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Tender Manager owns the development, costing, pricing, approvals, and delivery of MDC proposals during quotation phases.

The TM coordinates cross-functional inputs to ensure compliant, competitive proposals aligned with customer requirements.

What will you do:


* Manage tender schedule, content, and escalation processes.


* Coordinate engineering inputs and solution refinements.


* Align vendor strategies with Supply Chain.


* Convert costed BOMs into pricing and blended P&Ls.


* Lead proposal development using standardized templates.


* Drive internal DOA escalations.


* Support Sales during proposal delivery and negotiation.


* Coordinate final design updates and transition to PM.

What's skills and qualifiations will make you successful?


* Strong project/tender management skills.


* Familiarity with pricing tools, BOM structures, and cost-building tools.


* Excellent organizational and escalation-management capabilities.


* Experience in engineered-to-order or construction proposals preferred.
