Description of the position:

Your IMPACT:


* Be first point of contact for Schneider's Electric employees when it comes to HR questions and issues, manage employees' cases,


* communicate with employees (phone, chat, self-service) and process their requests in systems,


* communicate with stakeholders, experts to solve queries,


* research required information using available resources and business acumen to provide employee with the solution,


* constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers,


* identify improvement areas.

Your Profile:


* Student of psychology/sociology/MBA/management/philology or related,


* basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams),


* problem solving, pro-active attitude and innovation spirit,


* passion about customer service,


* team-working skills and drive to change personality.

Languages:


* Fluency in English and FRENCH (verbal and written).


* Spanish, Italian, German, Scandinavian, Finnish, Polish as a nice to have.
