Key DeliverablesKey Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)1 E-House Project Execution (Project Initiation, Planning, Co-ordinations, Implementation, and Closing) 2 Co-ordination with Customer for Approval, Payments, Inspection/Dispatch Clearance 3 Vendor Technical Offer evaluation, Technical Closure, Follow-up for Drawing/documents, Inspection, and Inspection/Dispatch Clearance.4 Interdisciplinary Co-ordination for Techno commercial Activities (viz.

Invoice submissions, Design document follow-ups etc.)5 Setting of the Technical Infrastructure of the Project to improve commercial margins6 Project Risk Identification and Mitigation.

7 Preparation of substation layouts in Autocad and review of vendor engineering documents Key CompetenciesFunctional CompetenciesBehavioural Competencies1.

Knowledge of Auto-CAD, MS Office.

Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Equipment and Standards.

Knowledge of Prefabricated building, HAVC system, Fire alaram, Fire detection, HSSD, CCTV, ACS, Lighting and earthing.1.

Problem Solving capabilities.
