About the role:

The Data Coordinator - Installed Base Intern is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reporting data related to the company's installed base.

The role ensures data accuracy and integrity to support sales, service, and business development activities.

The position includes continuous collaboration with the global Installed Base team to align with global standards and share best practices.

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:


* 1.

Data Collection & Data Quality Assurance
+ Collect installed base data from various sources (CRM, ERP, service systems, partners, internal reports).
+ Clean, validate, and complete missing data.
+ Continuously monitor and improve data quality.



* 2.

Data Entry & Maintenance
+ Enter and update installed base information in the company systems.
+ Maintain up-to-date records of equipment, serial numbers, configurations, ownership changes.
+ Follow and document standard processes.


* 3.

Reporting & Analytics
+ Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for local and regional management.
+ Identify installed base trends, changes, and potential market opportunities.
+ Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and track KPIs.


* 4.

Collaboration with the Global Team
+ Maintain daily/weekly communication with the global Installed Base team.
+ Adapt global standards and processes to local operations.
+ Participate in international meetings and training sessions.
+ Share best practices and support local implementation.


* 5.

Process Improvement
+ Continuously optimize installed base workflows.
+ Support digitalization and automation initiatives.
+ Cooperate with service teams on process enhancements.
