AI Solutions Engineer - Intern

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Summer 2026 AI Solutions Engineer Intern to join our team.

In this internship, you play an integral role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud resources to support AI initiatives within Schneider Electric North America Operational Excellence and AI organization.

Your goal is to enable Agentic AI transformation for our internal stakeholders by providing highly scalable and resilient end-to-end solutions.

What will you do?

Design and Deploy Cloud Solutions (AWS):


* Collaborate with data scientists, solutions architects, product managers, and stakeholders to evaluate and influence optimal solutions.


* Develop and deploy scalable AWS based Agents or solutions.


* Ensure efficient implementations, following Schneider security policies and cloud security best practices.


* Follow agent first approach to new designs and ensure AI safety, governance and risk tolerance is at the core of these designs.

System Maintenance and Improvement:


* Modify and improve existing AI use cases to enhance performance and scalability.


* Regularly review existing deployments and recommend improvements.


* Generate documentation in support of development efforts.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an interest in cloud/AI solutions engineering


* Experience with Python, Langchain, and LLMs.


* AWS Developer Associate or similar certification preferred.


* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.


* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


* AWS, Databricks, Kubernetes, Terraform, Rancher, GitHub, Langchain, Bedrock, Dynatrace experience preferred


* Ability to work on-site at our Nashville, TN hub.
