Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of products.

This role involves managing personnel, optimizing processes, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.

What will you do?
• Operational Leadership:
o Manage and coordinate plant operations to achieve production targets.
o Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Team Management:
o Lead, train, and motivate plant staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Quality Assurance:
o Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
o Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
• Customer Service & Delivery:
o Maintain service levels by ensuring timely order fulfillment.
o Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.
• Safety & Compliance:
o Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

• Plant Manager

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 of these years being in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and development.
• Drive change - use KPIs for critical analysis and drive improvement
• Data Analytics - provide high level analysis/inputs provide to n-1 for deeper dives and recommendations.
• Drive accountability and excellent problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
