Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

(Master degree preferred)


* Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in informatics, quality improvement, or related field, and at least 1 year clinical management experience in a senior living / long term care setting.


* Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Current and unrestricted RN license in the relevant jurisdiction.

Certification in Informatics Nursing (RN-BC) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement).

1+ year clinical management experience as a nurse in a senior living / long term care setting.

Management/Decision Making
Uses independent judgment to establish procedures and overall strategic direction that may affect a community, multiple communities, industry sectors and/or functional disciplines....
