On Site/In Office: Trumbull, CT Scope: We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across CooperSurgical business units.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving marketing programs and operational improvements that align with business goals.

As a key member of the Growth Marketing team within Integrated Marketing Services (IMS), you will help connect business unit stakeholders with internal marketing capabilities, including creative, digital, and events, to ensure timely, effective, and brand-aligned execution of marketing initiatives.

You'll play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable plans, coordinating resources, and supporting the development of impactful marketing programs.
