This role is essential in supporting patient coordination and ensuring smooth daily operations within the facility.

Primary Responsibilities


* Set up transportation for residents (medical appointments, discharges, transfers)


* Schedule and coordinate medical appointments


* Communicate with transportation providers, clinics, hospitals, and internal departments


* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to appointments and transportation


* Provide clerical and administrative support to nursing and interdisciplinary teams


* Answer phones and assist with general front‑desk or unit coordination as needed

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced healthcare environment


* Basic computer skills (scheduling, phone systems, documentation)


* Healthcare or ward clerk experience is preferred but not required

Hourly Pay Rate


* $19/hour - No prior experience required


* $20/hour - With relevant ward clerk or healthcare experience
