Job Title: Hospitality Aide / Appointment Escort (Full-Time)
Location: Centerville Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility

Position Summary:
Centerville Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a dependable and professional Hospitality Aide / Appointment Escort to support daily operations by assisting residents with non-clinical needs.

This role is strictly non-patient care and focuses on customer service, transportation within the facility, and ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:


* Escort residents safely to and from appointments and to designated transportation pick-up areas


* Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff regarding scheduled appointments and resident readiness


* Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors


* Assist with wayfinding and general inquiries throughout the facility


* Ensure residents arrive on time for appointments and activities


* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas


* Assist with non-clinical tasks such as delivering items, organizing supplies, and supporting front desk operations as needed


* Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards

Important Note:
This position does not involve direct patient care, medical treatment, or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment


* Dependable, punctual, and organized


* Ability to walk and stand for extended periods


* Experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare support is a plus
