🩺 RN Responsibilities


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents


* Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions


* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs


* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

✅ What We're Looking For


* Active California RN license


* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented


* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced skilled nursing/post-acute setting


* Previous SNF experience preferred, but not required
