Your Role: Procure to Pay - Analyst

As an Analyst in the Procure to Pay team, you will manage the end-to-end cycle from invoice reception to supplier payment, ensuring compliance with Elanco standards and internal controls.

In this role, you will be responsible for vendor management, expense reimbursement, and supporting monthly closing procedures to maintain a strong financial framework.

Your Responsibilities:


* Administer the accounts payable process, including recording invoices, processing payments, and managing vendor onboarding and data.


* Execute monthly and quarterly closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger account reconciliations.


* Manage employee expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance with corporate expense policies.


* Ensure process documentation and internal controls are maintained while performing analysis on cost and payable accounts.


* Support the broader finance team as a backup for daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent level of experience.


* A minimum of 1 year of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) or Finance processes.


* Full proficiency in English with solid accounting skills (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* Proficiency in Portuguese (Medium/Advanced).


* Experience with SharePoint and Power BI.


* Knowledge of Internal Audit processes.


* Lean & Six Sigma Certifications.
