Business Operations Manager - Commercial Banking Real Estate - Vice President

You are experienced in process improvement, business transformation, and change management.

A role as a Business Operations Manager making meaningful change in an industry-leading Commercial Real Estate department is for you.

As a Business Operations Manager in Commercial Real Estate, you will lead strategic change, including operating model, process, technology, product and risk/controls.You will become a business subject matter expert who partners across all functional areas to develop a best in class client and employee experience.

Job responsibilities:


* Drive strategic change across Commercial Real Estate by leading cross-functional teams


* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement


* Work with Technology and Product teams to prioritize and deliver projects and process re-engineering efforts to deliver operational excellence


* Partner with Sales, Credit Risk, Payments and middle office on process design and execution


* Help determine changes to roles and responsibilities as technology, business process and operating models evolve


* Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Five plus years of project management experience with emphasis on process re-engineering and business transformation


* Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment with competing priorities


* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams


* Proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives


* Strong oral and written communication skills


* Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Pitch Pro

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* In depth understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations and market dynamics


* Self-starter with the ability to work independently


* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees


* Leadership experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational change


* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data


* Bachelor's Degree preferred; MBA is advantageous
