As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Investment Banking, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm.

* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Perform ongoing optimization analyses and develop plans to drive incremental cost-reduction initiatives across assigned portfolio.
* Support the annual Infra Planning cycle by capturing, pricing, and scheduling new investments, capacity expansions, tech refreshes, data center exits, application retirements and technology uplift program.
* Oversee Execution of the resulting project portfolio, ensuring on time starts and timely completions.
* Liaise with AD teams, Portfolio Lead, CBTs, CBT-1 PM, DBAs, SAs Finance and Estate Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Manage infrastructure financials throughout the year; create executive-ready presentations; lead and host the monthly CBT-1 call
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
* Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
