521042.Senior Manager of Capital Accounting

Under the general direction of the Director of Finance, the Senior Manager of Capital Accounting plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the financial management and reporting of the Authority’s multi-billion-dollar capital program, ensuring the integrity and transparency of capital asset accounting across the organization.

This position leads the accounting oversight of major infrastructure investments, including airport expansion projects, bond-funded initiatives, and federally funded programs such as FAA grants—while ensuring compliance with GAAP, GASB, and regulatory requirements.

The role partners closely with Engineering, Planning, and executive leadership to provide financial insight throughout the full lifecycle of capital projects, from planning through completion and capitalization.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical accounting expertise with strategic leadership to strengthen internal controls, enhance financial reporting, and support the long-term growth and modernization of the airport.
