Physical Therapist 

This Physical Therapist role focuses on helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence after injury or illness.

The position emphasizes patient‑centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the development of individualized treatment plans that support meaningful recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Treatment Planning
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations
• Partner with physicians and patients to create personalized therapy plans
Therapeutic Intervention
• Deliver targeted physical therapy techniques to improve movement and reduce pain
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment

Education & Empowerment
• Teach patients and families exercises, safety strategies, and recovery expectations
• Provide guidance that supports long‑term success
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate, organized clinical records
• Ensure documentation meets all departmental and regulatory standards
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, patient‑focused environment

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensure/Certifications: Active Physical Therapist license; BLS certification
• Experience: Prior physical therapy experience preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and basic computer proficiency
