Flow Design Engineer

Schneider invites you to join Logistics Transportation Transformation team as Supply Chain Flow Engineer.

The mission of this function is supporting flow optimization projects applying PMO, be aligned with our global Short Supply Chain KPI's and standard templates to North America Flow Design.

Responsibilities:


* Develop Flow Optimization projects and create IMPACT to the business in terms of Transportation cost reduction, Lead Time, Handling, CO2 & Tariffs mitigation.


* Collaborate with cross functional teams Transportation, Customs, SC Planning, IT, Finance etc.

Escalate issues, resolve constraints and prepare the organization for the flow creation or changes.


* Prepare and Communicate progress of the projects and benefits.


* Prepare status of flow projects to LR1 Logistic Revision Governance.


* Participate in workshops or Kaizen events.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new distribution system capabilities.


* Support the continuous improvement of supply chain operations through data-driven insights.

* Effective Communication and working with teams.


* Continuous Improvement mindset and be proactive to find opportunities.

Requirements:


* Bachelor degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering or related fields


* Project Management knowledge.


* At least 2 years of experience


* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools (MS Power Point, Excel, Project)


* ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus)


* Fluent in English (advanced verbal and written communications)
