AVP, Epic Strategy & Integration-1000018521-NCH-CORP-Project management and support-Nemours Children

The Assistant Vice President of Epic Strategy & Integration as part of Nemours' Enterprise Transformation & Integration Office provides system-wide leadership for Nemours' Epic strategy and long ‑ term roadmap.

This role is accountable for maximizing the value of the Epic platform to improve patient, family, clinician, and associate experiences while ensuring alignment with Nemours' strategic priorities and operating model.

Working in close partnership with clinical, operational, informatics, and Information Services (IS) leaders, the AVP strengthens Epic governance, standardizes intake and prioritization, and accelerates execution of high ‑ impact initiatives across the system.

This role plays a critical leadership function in driving clarity of decision ‑ making, enabling enterprise alignment, and ensuring disciplined implementation and sustained value realization
