RN — Day Shift

This RN role works under the direction of the Site Manager and performs a wide range of clinical procedures requiring strong judgment, technical skill, and initiative.

The nurse supports high‑quality, patient‑centered care while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

The position requires call coverage within 30 minutes, including holiday and weekend call, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule of 7AM–5:30PM (four 10‑hour shifts).

Key Responsibilities
• Perform clinical procedures using independent judgment and technical expertise
• Support a culture of trust, engagement, and teamwork
• Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and staff
• Contribute to high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care
• Uphold organizational policies, professional standards, and ethical practice
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements
• Education: Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active RN license (single‑state or compact)
• BLS
• ACLS (or equivalent; provisional accepted within 180 days)

• Experience:
• Preferred: 1 year ICU, CCU, ER, Cath Lab, or EP Lab experience
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to understand written and verbal English
• Positive, professional attitude
