Pay: $21/Hour

Hours/Days: 2, 2, 3 rotating 12-hour days/nights

Education and Experience


* High school diploma (Required) with at least 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or equivalent military technical experiences / training.


* Working knowledge and/or routine use of and experiences with business processes and platforms such as:


* Microsoft Office Suite


* Manufacturing operations systems


* Equipment digital interfaces


* Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and practices


* Continuous Improvement methodologies

Qualifications


* Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred


* This role requires working on a rotating shift schedule.

Assignments (shifts, equipment and production area) are adjusted based on business needs.


* Production technicians are expected to work with team members and other support resources to ensure "first time right" material.


* Overtime will be assigned and/or requested based on business needs.


* Ability to follow appropriate SHE (safety, health, and environmental) procedures.


* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and applicable work instructions.


* Taking responsibility and being accountable for personal behaviors and performance (self, equipment and product).


* Analytical skills to be able to spot issues/deficiencies of varying complexity within the manufacturing process quickly and take appropriate and timely action to rectify.


* Mechanical competency and knowledge including equipment assembly.


* Ability to make informed and data-driven decisions quickly, at times under pressure.


* Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation via hand-written forms and electronic database systems.
