Summary - basic function of the role

This role is responsible for driving HSSEQ programs within our Cortland Biomedical business unit and falls within the Americas HSSEQ Organizational Structure, reporting into the Regional HSSEQ Manager - Americas.

This role is a great fit for someone who is in the early stages of their HSSE career and looking for a growth opportunity -if you have experience in warehousing, manufacturing, construction, or other hazardous industries, we would be interested in hearing from you.

As you grow within this role, you'll take on daily leadership of our HSSE programs within the Cortland Biomedical business unit, advising business leaders and driving injury & illness prevention programs for our facility.

You should be able to laterally influence your peers and colleagues, and be able to build strong relationships from the get go.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working with a team that is globally situated, utilizing teleconferencing platforms to collaborate and communicate.

You should have experience developing HSSE policies/programs and rolling them out.
