What You'll Do:



* Deliver quality nursing care as outlined in resident-specific care plans.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining their comfort and dignity.


* Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and your fellow team members.


* Closely observe residents and report any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.

Requirements:



* Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in accordance with state regulations.
