Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our full-time care team.

The RNA will work under the direction of nursing and therapy staff to implement individualized restorative programs that support residents' mobility, strength, and independence.

Key Responsibilities


* Carry out restorative nursing programs as outlined in resident care plans


* Assist residents with ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and positioning


* Encourage residents to maintain or improve functional abilities


* Document resident participation and progress accurately


* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Assist with activities of daily living as needed


* Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment


* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications


* Active Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) certification (state-required)


* CNA certification required


* Previous restorative or long-term care experience preferred


* Knowledge of restorative techniques and documentation


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
