Pay Range

$17.48 - $19.00 per hour, DOE

Position Summary

The Janitor plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility to ensure a safe, sanitary, and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities


* Clean and sanitize common areas, resident rooms, restrooms, and offices


* Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles


* Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times


* Properly handle and store cleaning supplies and equipment


* Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly


* Work collaboratively with housekeeping and facility staff

Qualifications


* Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)


* Strong attention to detail and time management


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Reliable, punctual, and professional


* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role
