Rehab Aide Responsibilities


* Assist therapists with patient setup and treatment preparation


* Transport patients to and from therapy sessions safely


* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked therapy gym


* Support therapists with non-clinical tasks and equipment setup


* Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients


* Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications


* Previous experience in rehab, healthcare, or customer service preferred but not required


* Interest in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or healthcare careers


* Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude


* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively


* Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed

Preferred (Not Required)


* Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab setting


* CPR/BLS certification
