Strategic Pricing & Pricing Excellence Leader (f/m/d)

Your mission

The Global Pricing Excellence Leader (f/m/d) drives and elevates pricing strategy, value extraction, and pricing competencies across all businesses, operating models, and geographies.

This senior role shapes the future of pricing by mastering strategic pricing concepts, ensuring governance and discipline, and coaching global and operational teams to achieve Pricing Power and secure profitable growth.

What will you do?


* Strategic & Advanced Pricing Leadership
+ Establish winning pricing models tailored to each business context in collaboration with Business Units (competitive pricing intelligence, price positioning, market practices, attractiveness, upgrade of the pricing mechanism) to maximize value capture and customer experience.
+ Bring innovation to shape the future of Pricing and leads to Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing
+ Own and champion the company's Strategic Pricing methodologies, including Pricing Power, Elasticity, Value Based Pricing, and Price Waterfall logic.

Offer a 360 view between pricing, digital backbone and operating model/processes
+ Provide strategic guardrails methodologies to Operations and BUs to guide pricing magnitude, push/protect/reposition logic, and approval thresholds.
+ Guide Business Units and Offer Marketing to define pricing strategy for portfolio evolution and new launches.


* Global Pricing Governance & Pricing Power Recovery
+ Co animate and structure the Delta Price (DP) governance with Finance, including target setting, methodology, and monitoring.
+ Ensure the achievement of DP / DV / GM targets by defining guardrails, playbooks, and pricing action frameworks with Ops Pricing leaders.
+ Creates guidelines on recommended pricing levers by business scenarios (margin protection, margin recovery, supply chain crisis...)
+ Detect drifts in pricing performance through monthly deep dive analysis and trigger corrective actions.


* Price Excellence Process Owner
+ Design, own, and maintain the Global Pricing Excellence process, including inputs, cadences, decision rights, and expected outputs.
+ Provide business driven specifications to analytics and digital teams to support operations taking business-oriented actions to optimize Profitable growth.


* Coaching, Enablement & Competencies Building
+ Serve as the senior coach for Pricing Leaders in Operations and BU/Divisions.
+ Animate cross functional discussions to understand dynamics, share best practices, and elevate pricing maturity.
+ Write playbooks, training programs, and pricing guidance to ensure global alignment and consistent execution.
+ Build and maintain a high level of pricing competency across the organization and support teams in adoption of pricing discipline.
