As part of our continued investment in digital transformation, we are seeking a Digital Innovation Analyst to support enterprise-wide innovation initiatives with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation, next-generation payments, and modern banking capabilities.

Position Summary

The Digital Innovation Analyst supports the execution of the bank’s digital innovation strategy, working closely with the SVP/Director of Digital Innovation and cross-functional partners across the organization.

This role assists with research, analysis, governance enablement, pilot execution, and value tracking for emerging technologies, with artificial intelligence as a core focus area.

The Analyst plays a critical role in helping translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives, supporting the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Digital Innovation, and enables responsible adoption of AI, real‑time payments, and modern digital capabilities across treasury, cash management, back‑office operations, and client‑facing channels.
