Head of Professional Education

This role encompasses global ownership of professional education strategy, governance, and execution across all CooperSurgical for fertility and medical device portfolios for HCP, embryologists and scientists.

The Head of Professional Education sets enterprise-wide standards for program design, faculty engagement, delivery models, and measurement of educational effectiveness.

This leader partners closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, and R&D to ensure education initiatives are aligned with business priorities, lifecycle strategies, and compliance requirements, while enabling consistent, high-quality experiences for healthcare professionals worldwide.

The Director of Professional Education will lead global professional education initiatives for fertility and medical device portfolios.

This role oversees education programs for healthcare providers, embryologists, and scientists worldwide, ensuring innovative, compliant, and impactful learning experiences.

This role ensures that clinicians are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely and effectively use CooperSurgical technologies; while advancing clinical excellence, product adoption, and improved patient outcomes The position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance CooperSurgical's scientific leadership.
