Electronic Medical Records Trainer

LPN or RN licensure required

Must live within driving distance of Indianapolis

American Senior Communities is now hiring an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Trainer.  In this position,  you will be responsible for training clinical and non-clinical staff on the effective use of the EMR system.

 The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with healthcare technology experience and has a desire to help others to build confidence and proficiency. 

Requirements


* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.


* Must hold an unencumbered Indiana LPN or RN license.


* Minimum three years of nursing experience.


* One or more years as a medical records coordinator preferred.


* Previous computer skills in managing patient information electronically preferred.


* Must be willing to occasionally travel between communities.


* One year experience with MatrixCare EHR.
