The Opportunity:



* Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* Location: Delta View Post Acute


* Compensation: Starting at $32.00 per hour (DOE)


* Availability: Part-Time (Multiple shifts available)

Your Impact & Purpose:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Your leadership ensures that care is delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, maintaining the excellence required by the Director of Nursing Services.

Key Responsibilities:



* Direct Resident Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and resident assessments.


* Clinical Supervision: Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring adherence to facility standards and regulations.


* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all care is provided in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.


* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nurse Supervisors to maintain the highest clinical standards at all times.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and resident care plans.


* Resident Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Qualifications:
