Your Daily Impact



* Personalized Care: Observe and report on resident status and needs, ensuring every individual receives attentive and dignified care.


* Responsive Support: Be the first to answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a positive and helpful attitude.


* Clinical Transitions: Assist the nursing team with the smooth handling of admissions, transfers, and discharges.


* Nutrition Support: Help serve meals and manage meal tray distribution, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and a pleasant dining experience.


* Safety & Advocacy: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team, reporting pertinent information to supervisors to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications



* Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California.


* A passion for working with the geriatric population.
