What You'll Do


* Provide skilled nursing care in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting


* Lead and support LVNs and CNAs on your shift


* Monitor resident conditions and advocate for their needs


* Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team


* Ensure accurate documentation and high standards of care

What We're Looking For


* Active California RN license in good standing


* Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills


* Someone dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate


* Skilled nursing experience preferred (but strong new RNs welcome!)
