Temporary position.

Rotating Days/Weekends/Holidays.

Day/Evening Shifts ranging 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Pharmacy Resident to:


* Provide evidence-based medication therapy management services.


* Collaborate with other providers to assure drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient and cost-effective.


* Manage and improve the medication-use process.

Education


* PharmD degree or equivalent experience Required

Work Experience


* Prior pharmacy related work experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications


* Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required


* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 180 Days if required per role


* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 Days if required per role


* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days if required per role
