Staffing Coordinator

The primary focus in this position is to ensure accurate and appropriate staffing in our Skilled Nursing department, without the need for close supervision.

The ideal candidate will work effectively in stressful situations, prioritize efficiently, and recognize emergency situations, responding appropriately.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 1 year prior staffing/scheduling experience in Skilled Nursing or hospital environment - Required

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in person, as well as over the phone, text message - Required

• Ability to self-start, work independently with little supervision - Required

• Critical thinking/problem solving skills - Required

• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and prioritization skills - Required

• Computer experience - Required

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
