Summary

The Commercial IT Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning IT solutions with business strategies.

This position involves analyzing business needs, recommending technology solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to enhance our sales and commercial efficiency and achieve business goals.

This role will support processes, applications and business needs for our customer teams including front line sales associates, merchandisers, field service teams, key accounts, capabilities and commercial marketing teams.

It will also play a key role in aligning the foundational needs within our master data management practices to ensure data integrity required to enhance customer experience, improve process and system reliability in our commercial applications, reduce costs and support business growth to gain market share.

Responsibilities



* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


* Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


* Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.


* Manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and deliver expected business value.


* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of IT systems.


* Stay up to date with commercial emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.


* Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to ensure seamless communication.
