What You'll Do:

CAD



* Update models in Solidworks and create drawings to document product configurations.


* Review existing drawings and maintain accurate records.

Product Development



* Resarch new product ideas and methods.


* Present prototypes and designs to team and project managers.

Process Improvement



* Document current processes using industry standard templates


* Improve existing products and processes.

Safety



* Ensure compliance with industry safety standards


* Create / Document standard operating procedures for equipment on the shop floor using Maintain X software.

What We Need:


* Experience with Solid modeling & CAD software (Solidworks & AutoCAD experience preferred)


* An understanding of engineering principles and safety standards


* Good written and oral communication skills


* Obtaining or completed a degree in mechanical engineering or similar
