Integration Supervisor

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Integration Supervisor to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland.

We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth site operations


* Prepare weekly progress reports for the line manager


* Hold weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings


* Maintain a two-week lookahead schedule


* Attend daily meetings and report on progress and issuesEnsure labour levels meet project


* Ensure labour levels meet project programme requirements


* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship


* Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work meets scope, schedule, and quality


* Report variations, delays, and risks to the line manager


* Manage plant and materials in line with project requirements


* Coordinate material deliveries and ensure safe handling and storage


* Check that subcontractor equipment is certified and safe to use


* Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards


* Promote safe working practices

Requirements:


* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field


* Experience in a similar role within an Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment is required


* Telecoms experience required


* Data centre experience is considered as an advantage


* Strong organisational and communication skills


* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
