OFCI Package Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an OFCI Package Manager to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland.

We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Act as the primary technical and process lead for all OFCI (Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed) equipment packages, acting as the main point of contact between client-appointed vendors and project stakeholders


* Manage the OFCI team to ensure all works are effectively engineered, coordinated, and executed in full compliance with project specifications, schedule, and quality standards


* Oversee the full lifecycle of OFCI packages from procurement through delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring integration with the overall construction programme


* Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and commissioning teams to drive alignment and support seamless project delivery


* Lead regular coordination meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication


* Track and report on OFCI progress, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies


* Provide technical oversight and guidance to prevent or resolve contractual and operational disputes


* Ensure all vendor-supplied equipment meets technical, safety, and quality standards prior to installation


* Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality, data security, and project compliance requirements at all times

Requirements:


* Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline


* Minimum 7 years' experience with an M&E contractor, ideally on mission-critical or large-scale projects


* Proven track record in leading complex projects from design through to commissioning


* Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities


* Proficient in engineering systems software and project management tools, with the ability to drive efficient delivery and reporting
