For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Data Analyst - Digital Transformation role is a key contributor in deploying S/4HANA across Schneider Electric manufacturing plants.
This position ensures that all operational, supply chain, maintenance, and financial master data is prepared, validated, migrated, and governed with high accuracy to support successful plant cutover and post-go-live stability.
The analyst will work closely with functional domains (Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, Planning/Procurement, Logistics/Warehousing, and Finance/Costing) to translate business requirements into clean, compliant, migration-ready data.
This role requires strong analytical skills, deep attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision in a fast-paced deployment environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile environment to identify key data objects and define business rules for accurate data migration and lifecycle processes.
* Prepare, cleanse, validate, and manage master data across manufacturing (PP), procurement, planning/MRP, plant maintenance (PM), warehouse/logistics, quality (QU), and finance/costing domains.
* Execute Upload Data Sheets (UDS), support mock loads, delta loads, troubleshoot defects, and participate in final cutover activities.
* Analyze and improve data quality using Excel, structured validation rules, and problem-solving techniques.
