Description of the Department/Project:

The Process Engineering Department is responsible for ensuring robust, safe, and efficient manufacturing processes within the shopfloor.
This position is strategic because it contributes directly to process optimization, cost reduction, ergonomics improvement, and industrial performance.
The role supports continuous improvement initiatives and the deployment of industrial standards across production lines.

What will you do?



* Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.



* Support layout improvements and ergonomics initiatives on the shopfloor.



* Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Production, and Maintenance teams to solve process issues.



* Implement Lean Manufacturing and Schneider Production System (SPS) methodologies.



* Participate in industrialization of new products or process changes.



* Perform time studies and process capability analysis.



* Contribute to digitalization initiatives within the plant.



* Document processes and work instructions.
