Description of the Department/Project:

In Schneider Electric, we are accelerating the digital transformation of our MESA plant - and we are looking for a Digital Engineer ready to make an impact.

You will join the Digital & Transformation Digital team, working sidebyside with Producción, Mantenimiento Productivo (GSC), Industrialización y Data (SAP) to bring smart, datadriven and AI-powered solutions to life.

This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, industrial environments and turning data into real operational improvements.

What will you do?

You will be a key player in our digitalization roadmap:

• Deploy and scale SMART tools across the plant
You will be responsible for implementing digital solutions that automate tasks, improve data capture and support decision-making on the production lines.

You will ensure that these tools integrate properly into existing processes and will guide the teams during adoption.

• Deploy key digital systems
You will work with our MES system to capture real-time data, improve component traceability, and digitalize quality and operational activities.

Your work will enable the plant to operate with greater visibility, control and efficiency.

• Lead Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence projects
