Sales Manager Senior Living
Brookdale West Orange, a premier senior living community, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining high occupancy levels and driving the growth of our community.
The standard working schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, but you will need to be flexible to accommodate tours and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, tours, and closing
* Build strong relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
* Maintain and grow occupancy through strategic sales efforts
* Participate in community events, outreach, and networking opportunities
Schedule:
* Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Flexibility required to accommodate tours, events, and business needs
Requirements:
* Senior living sales experience REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals
* Strong communication, organizational, and closing skills

About the Sales Manager Position
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
Guide for families and older adults - You'll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player - You'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner - You'll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
