Service & Repair, Fertility Intern

The Service Contracts & CRM Operations Intern will support the service organization in managing service agreements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM.

This role focuses on maintaining accurate contract data, assisting with renewal tracking, and identifying opportunities to improve scheduling and execution of contracted services.

The intern will work cross-functionally with service operations, field service teams, and regional stakeholders to enhance visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency of service agreements.

This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
