We partner with product leaders to embed robust controls into the product lifecycle, using a risk-based approach and advanced analytics to surface, quantify, and mitigate exposure across change management and product delivery.

You will leverage your expertise in financial services, data science, and risk management to deliver insights and solutions that help product owners manage risk while accelerating delivery.

This role is at the intersection of controls, analytics innovation, and product execution-driving measurable impact for our clients and the firm.

Job responsibilities



* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners


* Design and deploy advanced statistical models, machine learning, and GenAI solutions to tackle payments, sales, risk, and operations challenges-translating insights into business outcomes.


* Build and enhance BI tools, dashboards, and pipelines using Snowflake, Python, SQL, Tableau, and related technologies to enable real-time decisioning and proactive risk detection.


* Convert complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive payments innovation and best-in-class analytics practices.


* Advise and coach product owners on control frameworks, risk identification, and preventive monitoring throughout the product lifecycle.


* Oversee Action Plans (APs), audits, and change initiatives; ensure timely remediation, durable fixes, and evidence of control effectiveness.

Triage broken processes, lead root-cause analysis, and assume ownership of APs where needed to drive closure and sustainability.
