* Compensation: Starting at $60.00+ per hour (DOE)


* Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Comprehensive Evaluations: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with complex speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.


* Treatment Innovation: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance resident outcomes and overall quality of life.


* Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records and progress notes in accordance with state and federal guidelines.


* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to manage resident safety and nutritional needs (including dysphagia management).


* Education: Provide vital education to residents, families, and facility staff on communication and swallowing safety strategies.

Qualifications:
