* Compensation: $ 45 .00-$ 50.00+ per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Clinical Execution: Treat patients as directed by the Physical Therapist, implementing treatment plans precisely as prescribed by physician orders.


* Documentation Excellence: Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes in accordance with PT Board standards and facility policy.


* Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, communicating progress and goals with the nursing and medical teams.


* Restorative Training: Partner with the nursing department to train Restorative Aides, ensuring a 24/7 culture of mobility and wellness.


* Education: Empower residents, families, and nursing staff through maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for a safe discharge.


* Professional Environment: Maintain a positive, effective relationship with residents and colleagues while ensuring the department equipment is in top working order.
