SUMMARY
As an IT Operations Intern, you will support the daily operations of the organization's technology systems and infrastructure.
You will gain hands-on experience working across IT functions, assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will partner with IT teams and business users to ensure reliable system performance while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
* Provide support in troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
* Support user account management, including provisioning, access updates, and deactivation in accordance with company policies.
* Participate in system performance monitoring and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives, upgrades, and implementations.
* Assist with root cause analysis and contribute to recommendations for process and system improvements.
* Help maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper tracking of equipment and resources.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and support issue resolution.
* Participate in team activities and support a collaborative work environment aligned with company standards and policies.
* Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
