Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides various administrative and front desk duties such as greeting customers, filing, typing memos and letters, data entry, mailings, answering and directing calls, etc
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
* Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing or payment inquiries
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies
* Expedite delayed orders, handle returns, replacements, and credit arrangements
* Maintain and update supplier information, including contact details
* Responsible for the preparation of department specific documentation such as work orders, invoices, certifications, customer orders, etc.
* Generates, updates and maintains various reports, databases and templates
* All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years administrative experience required
* Current valid Driver's License
* QuickBooks experience
* Accounting experience
* Purchasing experience helpful
* PC skills including Microsoft using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
* Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
