* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field


* 7 years of experience in a technical analyst role, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle HCM.


* Strong understanding of HCM business processes and data structures across multiple countries.


* Proven experience in system security, role-based access controls, and audit compliance.


* Familiarity with SOX, GDPR, and other global data protection regulations.


* Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-cultural teams.


* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.


* Global Perspective: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments.


* Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture, security and report development

* Serve as a technical lead for HCM security, ticket management & audit requests


* Collaborate with HRIS, IT Security, and Audit teams to ensure system compliance with international regulatory requirements (SOX, internal/external controls).


* Develop and maintain security roles, access controls, and audit trails within Oracle HCM across multiple geographies.


* Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments globally to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.


* Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations worldwide.
